Sign in link problems - "Not signed in (Sign In)"

I just realized that when someone click on the "Not signed in (Sign In)" it leads to http://www.mindcontrolforum.net/people.php?ReturnUrl=http://www.mindcontrolforum.net/ when it should just be http://www.mindcontrolforum.net/people.php Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Looks fine to me - working correclty with nothing to be 'fixed'. What problems are you having with the URL as given?

    I hope I am in the right spot. I am so intimidated by this. I am completely new to all of this, yet alone the vanilla forum. I am having an issue signing in as Admin. I want to change my default settings to the Aqua Lounge theme which I uploaded but Im unable to sign in. I put my name and password in but nothing happens. Anyone out there that can help?
