Can't access administrator functions

I have a Vanilla forum actively running, but I can not access any of the administrative functions. I can't "delete", "close", "bookmark" or even change passwords. I always get a "Failed! (404) Not Found" on everything I try to do. Can anyone tell me how it correct this, or what I am missing. Thanks

    Please Help if you can. I can not get any Administrative tasks to work, every option returns a 404 file not found error. I have an Administrator ROLE, and I have verified all functions are checked.
