Membership Application Form - More fields
I need to have the ability to extend the membership application form to include several additional fields (organization, address, etc . . .). I found an Extended Application that adds first and last name fields, but that's too limited.
Has anyone implemented something of this nature? If not, what are the files that need to be customized in order to accomplish this?
To start with, what is the file that contains the INSERT database statement to populate the user table when a new membership is requested?
Or may be, we need a new add-on? ? ?
