Major spam, need to delete some comments

Hey guys I'm using the BlogThis extension and I left guest posting on without any spam protection (just to see what would happen). And I got over 400 spam comments which I need to now delete. These are just like any other posts in a discussion so whats the fastest way I can do this instead of manually pressing delete on every single one?

    Easiest way would be to find something they all have in common... such as a link in the comment or a set of words, then we can write an SQL statement that deletes them all. Another thing to look for might be if they all came from certain IP addresses, etc. Whisper to me any details & I can give it a look this weekend.
