Roles
Is there a way to have a category that is read only status for some roles, and read write for others?
IOW, I would like to to be able to move threads to this category, edit out unnecessary stuff, and allow most roles to read them.. but not post anything else in that category.. only mods or admin would be able to add or remove content.. but 'everyone' save the banned could read it...
I don't see anything in the docs that addresses this, so I'm not sure f it's a capability...
