Comprehensive guide to formatters

Many of you already figured out what this thread is all about. I tried to search the Lussumo wiki for a formatter guide but there is no such thing, also I tried to search the forum but there are way too much hits to search. So, I'm looking for little help writing a guide to the formatters. I don't think we have to write a HTML formatter guide since it is HTML. Thanks.

So no one can't comment on anything? I started this thread 17 hours ago and not a single reply got through? Well, I guess I was wrong, with Mark away this community withers and dies. Can anyone even tell me where can I find all the commands for the Text formatter and Markdown formatter? Anything? Any info at all?

Oh so the Markdown is actually PHP Markdown by Michel Fortin? See, I did not know that, it didn't cross my mind that it would be that, because it doesn't read in the wiki and it's not mentioned anywhere else than in the Admins extension management tab. And the text is actually BBcode, wonderful, I'd like to read them from somewhere tho.

Well, first of all, you can feel free to add a formatter guide to the wiki. Even if you don't know what to put in it, you can add the page and place all of your questions in it. Then someone who knows (like myself) can come along and answer them :) Second of all, there is a bit of information about the formatters in the wiki already.
