Tiny MCE Not Showing Up

Downloaded it, unzipped it. put it in my extensions folder.. turned it on in the extensions manager.. loaded up a discussion, looked at the reply window.. NADA!

Is there something I need to know?.. Running HTML Formatter....

    However, I notice the 'big input' button disappeared.. whatever that means...
