Open discussion link a New Window

I just want to open a new window when ever i click on discussion link instead opening on same window. which page i need to modify to have the same. Thanks Jinu

    In Firefox, I just use the Middle Click on my mouse. If you don't have a middle button, Ctrl+Click works too (or Command+Click for Mac).

    Technique works the same in IE7 and up as well.

    Personally, opening new windows server-side is very annoying unless it really makes sense. Users should be able to control when they want a new window to be opened.

    However, if you insist on this functionality, add a target="_blank" to the relevant hyperlinks in themes/discussion.php. Also, for compatibility, be sure to follow the vanilla:themes guidelines (bullet point two under "How do I create a new Theme?" specifically).
