Cant get HTML to show up in my forum

I have looked at other answers to this problem but I cant get anything to work. Does anyone have any ideas? I cant get html to show up in my comments, It just shows the html code. PLEASE HELP!! thanks you can see my forum at http://forum.iamthetrend.com Adam
