Template for Discussions
I want to create a template or a welcome message that appear when someone starts a new discussion
Its not nessecary for it to pop up or anything just some text that I want to appear in the "enter your comments" section.
Basically a guideline for people to follow.

Dates:
Review/ Question:
Any ideas how I do this??
