Under application settings I screwed up site paths

edited March 2009 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
Anyone have some advice... Under the application settings it asks for the path to vanilla. It had been: "http://www.cyclecourier.org/vanilla" but in an attempt to get change the forum to just being "cyclecourier.org" i erased /vanilla and now the default page shows but almost none of the paths. When I tried to fix it the "settings" tab works but upon hitting "application settings" it tries to load http://cyclecourier.orgpeople.php/ How can i fix this?

Comments

  • you should be able to edit the file directly using ftp - /conf/settings.php i believe.
  • I actually fixed it thank you!!!!
  • actually i fixed it but it is still stuck in "www.cyclecourier.org/vanilla" I would like to change the url to just "www.cyclecourier.org" I know most people keep saying to change the urls in /conf/settings.php but which url field? I changed "webroot" and a whole bunch of other ones but no luck yet...
