Installation of Vanilla help!

Hello, I recently downloaded Vanilla forums and I am not sure what to do next. It says yo upload all the files to a server which I am assuming is a web hosting service so I did that. When I did that all that came up with was a place to download the file from my website. Is it some type of HTML or something like that I did wrong. Please Help! These forums look sick but I don't know how to use them.

What web host are you using?

Make sure your web host allows the execution of PHP. Vanilla will not work without PHP.
