disappearing posts

One of my members is complaining that when he posts a message it disappears when he clicks "add your comments" I've asked him to try from a different PC but is there anything in the forum that could cause this?

    It could be that his session is timing out, if he gets a "could not authenticate your post information" message when posting, then the post is lost.

    Is there any way to increase the session timeout value?

    It's something that would be configured in PHP itself, IIRC... that might be something to ask your webhost about.

    After all that it turned out he was clicking on "Back to Discussions" instead of "Post Reply" Mmmmmm!
