How Do I Change the # of Displayed Discussion topics ?

Hi,

I want change the number of discussion topics that appeared on the front page.
There's 30 I believe and then it goes on to the next page.
I want it to show only 10. How can I do this?

Log in as an administrator (you should already be one after installation) and go to Settings > Application Settings. There you can adjust the ampunt of discussion per page.
