can't view Categories

Hi! My Problem is: If I enter the Categories-Section, all the Categories show up properly. I can even change the order of them. But if I want to enter one of the Categories I always get redirected to index.php! If - for example - the Link guides to .../forum/?CategoryID=1 I can see this adress in the browser bar but I get instantly redirected to index.php Any ideas?

    And what was the answer basb..? I had something like that too, but it mysteriously went away. I'd love to know what caused it.

    I had a index.html which was positioned in the folder of the forum. it was forwarding the user to the index.php-page. this was causing the errors. I now managed to do the forwarding with .htaccess and everything works fine!
