redirect to create a new account and forgot password not right

I tried to create a new account, but when i click on apply for membership it brings me to http://eodconcepts.x10hosting.com/vanilla/?PostBackAction=ApplyForm. what do i need to do to add the people.php to the link? my site: http://eodconcepts.x10hosting.com/vanilla
