Moving the panel code below content, in the XHTML source

I am wondering what's the easiest way to move the div#Panel block below div#Content in the page source. I've been trying to do this by modifying templates, without success. Can this be done by editing framework files? Or by using an extension? Note: I'm not talking about moving the left panel visually. I want to alter the XHTML page structure.

    I've found the solution and fortunately it's a simple one. For those interested, the position of the panel in the page's source can be changed by editing the appg/settings.php, (there's a section called Vanilla Control Positions). I also had to edit my templates in order to ensure all <div> tags are properly closed.
