Cant log in

So after having the installation done and running for a couple of weeks, suddenly, no one can log on or register. Nothing was changed, no updates.
I have gone through numerous other posts here to try to find the problem but nothing seems to work.

would appreciate your thoughts.

    We are having the same problem, whats the quickest way to rectify this? check permissions, etc? thank you
