CategoryRoles 0.7 Bug

Hi, Vanilla 1.1.8 CategoryRoles 0.7 If I create a category, then set the categories "Required role level to post a comment" and "Required role level to create a new discussion" both to Administrator and then log in with a member level user, I can start a new discussion in another category and then move it to the "locked" category. Please advise if you require further info. Thanks and great work :) Patric
