Static pages?

Hi, I just installed Vanilla a few hours ago and thus far it seems to do everything I was looking for perfectly. I just had one quick question: is there a way to create static pages that appear on the navigation bar at the top, and are displayed within the Vanilla software? Here's a sketch of what I'm imagining (I just changed the index page with Firebug) http://files.sosguy.net/res/screenies/2009-07-01_1954.png If such an addon exists or if there's a way to do it without an addon, can someone direct me to a way of doing it?
