Transfer vanilla database via FTP?

Is there any way to transfer the vanilla data from one server to another <b>without administrative access to the original server</b>? I can FTP in, but my administrator has disallowed me access to the administrative end. :(

FTP-access is for files only. You need to access your database-backend (phpmyadmin) to export the vanilla database.
