IRC for Garden developers?

Hey, just a thought, is there an IRC chatroom to talk to any other developers doing code? I figured something on freenode would exist; it doesn't.

For community forum is more useful to solve problems.

Chat is a good way to "roundtable" ideas, but to get solid information, you need a forum.
