Contributor Agreement: Can't see it even though I'm logged in.

I go to http://lussumo.com/contrib.php and it's saying I must login - which then redirects me to vanillaforums.org, where I am presently logged in.

Is there something I'm missing?

Where did you find that link? It's outdated and I need to update it
