Remove Comment?

In one vanilla forum I was on,(They have 1.1.5)
They had an add on that removes comments/discussions instead of deleting them!
Can someone give me a link to that add-on?

    The default behavior of Vanilla 1 was to "hide" instead of "deleting". Deleting would have required a plugin.
