MeroTweet doesn't works

Hi guys, i've installed and tried to use this plugin (http://vanillaforums.org/addon/470/MeroTweet) for my forum but i'm stuck.

I've followed all the proceedings and I can't pass over the Enable Tweets page.

Any help? Where should I look for a solution?
