custom registration field

Hi, I've been trying to tweak my forum a little bit, but it seems to be rocket science.

I use Predefined Attributes plugin and I don't know how to access the data filled in the registration form?

Thanks in advanced for any clues

ps I'm using Vanilla forum 1.1.5a (I'm not sure if I want to update it as I don't konw if I don't loose anything)
