login problem

I have installed my vanilla-1.1.10 forum onto my webpage and it works on the computer that I used to design it, but whenever I try it on another computer the forum shows up but I cannot log in. I will enter my user name and password, but it keeps showing the default screen that doesnt show my discussions and says I am not logged in.
What am I doing wrong?

    Have you tried hitting refresh in the browser about 3 times in a row? that (for some reason) worked for me!
