Changing nickname

OK I've been having this issue where a member can change his nickname.
It is annoying when someone trolls that feature and starts changing nickname every now and then according to his mood.

How can I stop that?

    It's right there in settings/application settings: "Allow members to change their usernames" to uncheck.
