Where is the language file for "Howdy, Stranger!"

  Do you want to actually convert it to a different language or just change the wording? If its the latter, then view http://github.com/lussumo/Garden/blob/master/applications/garden/views/modules/guest.php you can override it in a custom theme. Do not edit that file directly.
