A way to Sign Out everybody?

I am looking for a way in which everybody gets signed off...
Why? I did some modifications to the timeout of the Who's Online plugin and I want all users to get that update (they are overcrowding my server for now).
Is there any way I can do this from Vanilla or from the webserver?
