On a new installation, post a new discussion to the General category. Create a new category (say, 'Test'). Edit the discussion you posted in General, and change its owner category to Test. The discussion moves to Test, but General reports having 1 discussion even though it's empty.
Is this a known bug? Fixed in dev for next release?
