Error On Install: Fatal error: Class 'Gdn_Pluggable' not found in ... /library/core/class.plugin.php

Greetings,
Vanilla looks great! I would loved to get it installed. I am hosting on 1And1. After uploading to correct directory, I get the following error:

Class 'Gdn_Pluggable' not found in ... /library/core/class.plugin.php on line 21

I am using the latest version. Any ideas on how to proceed?

All help is appreciated. As mentioned, the software looks really cool.
