Trouble with Wordpress Embedd Plug In...

I'm having trouble installing wordpress embedd plug in. i've downloaded it, then I try and upload it with the install plug-ins feature in the control panel. the first time i did this, it appeared to upload fine, but when I went to activate it, it said activation failed. something about the plug in not having the correct header. or maybe it was not having a header at all?

when i try and install it again, I get this...

I'm going to need instructions for someone who isn't totally tech savy. Thank you for your help...
