Password is required. Error

Hello,

When I go to Users and attempt 'Reset password and send email notification to user' a red box pops up with 'Password is required.' yet there's no field for me to enter any password.

    Oh, /usr/sbin/sendmail didn't exist on this system I'm testing.

    I am getting this error as well. I get other email notifications so I assume email is working but when I try to do this I see the "Password is required" notice
