Some addons are not showing up

I have about 20 addons but two are not showing up tinyMCE and File Upload. Anyone else?

    I think i have the same problem..
    tinyMCE is showing but the file upload not.

    after a fresh install only 17 plugins including Tinymce showed on the dashboard.
    do i have to upload "File upload" apart?

    As you can see im new with vanilla flavor :P
    I had to upload the FileUpload Plugin.

    @abrown
    have you check directory/file permissions for those specific plugins?

    Discovered this problem had to do with hosting company and not vanilla, sry.
