Attachments/inline images when importing from vanilla 1 to vanilla 2?

What happens to them? I moved the uploads folder but am unclear as to get the images visible after the import.

    anyone? I'm still wondering how to make my images/attachments visible after I upgrade from Vanilla 1 to Vanilla 2
