I can't make ranks, delete or edit. IS there something wrong with my forums??!!

    People says its on the top left of the roles and permissions

    So the 'Roles and Permissions' doesn't show up under users? or there is nothing in the 'Roles and Permissions'?

    No, there is Roles and Permissions. Its just there are no buttons that says add, edit or delete. It only shows the pre-installed ranks.

    Unfortunately, that seems to be something that only Vanilla can fix if it is a free forum, as they are the only ones that have access to the files on the server. Sorry that I am unable to help.
