There is a standard file definitions.php with all the words of the existing forums that can be translated?

    Nope, but get the plugin and you could do it yourself I guess.

    AFAIK, the "locale developper" is for creating the file as stated on what you wrote, so get it, install it and you should get the file you want.

    to create an updated file.

    This file are for vanilla 2.0.11 but the last version are 2.0.17.10

    I do not think I have explained myself well. I need a file where you'll find phrases vanillaforums can translate.
    With the program that make me download, I can only download the current language that I use and not in standard English.

    Is your language already translated?
    If yes, get that locale.

    Otherwise, you need the file generated to translate. Just change what's after the equal sign to your own language.

    I want to make a new translation as that found in the download is complete.

    The files are not translated well.
    I want u translate this for me all I need of a file in English, with all sentences to be translated.
