CAN`T import backup .sql file and export.txt file

next problem :(
i cant import backup file in the vanilla forum v2 in site setings - import
he show me "The import file is not in the correct format."
i tried all file
" export.txt
JQ71CH7ETIC7.txt
export.txt
export.txt.gz"
i tried import in the phpmysql
but have only first discusions and first users(me)
but other users and discussions and category dont show!

    If you tried importing through MySQL and things still aren't showing up as they were, then that means that your import file is corrupted or missing parts. Do you still have access to previous backups?

    yes i have backup file, i open it with notepad++ and see all discussions, but in the forum dont show and from vanilla importing not accept!

    ok
    i use and export all with porter core!
    install new vanilla and now import this exported file!
    and i cant
    all the time he show me
    ""Sorry, no account could be found related to the email/username and password you entered.""
