Shoutbox does not appear for users

i have installed van2shout. My admin account can see shoutbox but other users are not able to see it. plz help

    Did you set the permissions correctly?

    Go to dashboard --> Roles and Permission and set the view and post option of van2shout for member. after that your shoutbox will be visible. And if you want to give users more permission, you can do that there itself on the Roles and permission option..
