[Solved] Add locale

Hello,

I have download the French package and add on locales folder, and now I want to have this language as default.
I have install vanilla 2.0.17.10 and I would like to set french as default language :)

    Go to Dashboard => Addons => Locales. At the top of the page you have a drop-down called Default Locale. Choose your preferred language (you have to reload the page and delete the browser's cache if applicable).
