Modifying the existing panels HTML

Where do you go to modify the panels existing html? I can't find the php file for the life of me.

Great Job on this awesome software- Keep up the great work!

    Check this out!
    Yourforum/applications/dashboard/views/
    Edit those php files there.
    To add custom panels, install pockets plugins.!
