[Pockets Addon] How to put custom HTML between sidebar panels

The addon shows sidebar panel number but I dont know how to put custom html code between these. Can anyone help me here.

    Add pocket, put custom html at "Body"

    Specifically I need it between panel 3 and 4.

    Choose Panel, check in the Indexes, and put "3" into it, sorry for my bad english so I can't describe my idea so well
