Discussion e-mail notices failing
I am getting a small number of reports from my users of failure to receive e-mail notices when people add comments to a discussion topic they started. These people do get notifications of messages and other events, and their settings are correct. They have also checked spam folders, etc.
Most users do seem to get correct notifications, however. Just some aren't. Any others experiencing this problem?

we're experiencing the same issue, but in our case it's all users with an outlook email address that aren't receiving notifications.
What is an outlook email address? Or do you mean users simply using Outlook?
