yep. it's not working. especially for forums with the latest beta version. i wonder if there's a new release. i'll try debugging it and see if i can help with this issue, im pretty new to vanilla/
I'm pretty sure I followed all the instructions, but got nada.
i didn't mean it was necessarily straight forward... it took me a bit of doing as i remember, but there was a pretty detailed thread out there that got me across the finish line. I was just saying that the plugin was not defective or outdated. My sitemap link is below for reference.
hbf - I understand the plugin works for some/most people.
What I meant was that even after following the detailed instructions in the various threads I still couldn't get it to work, and that seems to be the experience of some other people as well.
From my experience, the most problematic feature with Vanilla has been less developers who could solve this issue in the simplest manner. I have tried a lot,,,, over several times but could not get the sitemap working.
I would request the Plugin developer to make several versions of the plugin.
I am planning to open up another forum and I love Vanilla, but this particular feature is keeping turning me off.
And to those of us who has been bragging about how easy it is, can you guys create a video tutorial an upload it on YouTube. It will surely go viral
