@Mentions plugins

Hello guys, i'm looking for the @mentions plugin that you use here (like twitter mentions) but i can't found it.

Is it a public plugin? What's its name?

    mentions are not a plugin

    you enable like so:

     $Configuration['Garden']['Format']['Mentions'] = TRUE;

    grep is your friend.
