in Germany Paypal does not offering Premier accounts. only Private & Business Accounts. Ive got a business account.
Can somebody tell me, if its still working and how i find the Account ID?

also do you have error logs turned on? if so check the error log.

you will set the log in /log/error_log.txt but you have to give write permissions to /log/ folder so create that fist an set permissions.
