Using Disqus as Vanillaforums sign-on?

Hello all,

I'm working on a project that needs to use Disqus as the sign-on for self-hosted Vanillaforums and I haven't found a plug-in that will do that. I'm hoping you can provide some guidance.

What are my options for making this happen?

If I have to use OAuth as the tunnel, can anyone point me to an example that would help me get started?

    The facebook plugin uses oauth 2 just like disqus. Keep in mind that disqus doesn't offer api access on their free plan.
