Export Comments to Vanilla Forums Comment Integration

Hey guy just updated my vanilla plugin and it says I can integrate my comments. Seems pretty easy, but is there a way to export my old comments into the new system?

I wouldn't mind just adding it from here on, but as of now, it makes all of my old comments disappear.

Also is there a way to change the color of the comment integration?
