Where did you find this SQL request ?
I looked in my standard installation of 2.0.18.4 in the activitytype table and exported the values
I made the patch but it looks like the ActivityTypeID and the messages to not match:

In the meantime, install 2.0.18.4 on your local computer (Use Xampp), because if you're missing something on your live server you can easily get if from your standard install on your localhost
